Is the Free plan really free? Do I need a credit card?
The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You can monitor up to 5 sites at 5-minute intervals and receive email alerts. Give it a try — no strings attached.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your account and data are preserved on the Free plan even after cancellation.
How quickly are alerts delivered?
Alerts are sent within seconds of detection via email, Slack, Chatwork, and more. We run multiple re-checks before confirming an incident to avoid false positives.
Where do you monitor from?
We run HTTP, Ping, SSL and keyword checks from servers in Japan. International remote probe locations are being rolled out progressively.
Can I monitor sites behind basic auth or IP restrictions?
Basic auth support is planned. For IP-restricted sites, add our probe IPs (listed in the documentation) to your allow-list.
Can I use a custom domain for status pages?
Custom domains with SSL are available from the Standard plan and above. The Free plan publishes status pages on a miterl.com subdomain.
Can you alert me before SSL certificates expire?
Yes. The Standard plan and above automatically monitor SSL certificate expiration and notify you before it lapses — no more surprise expirations.
